How are you feeling? Is everyhting alright? Do you need anything?

I do understand you have a lot of things going on with the accident, the car, doctors, your job, etc..., but since I cannot call you, I need for you to write me, even a small letter, telling me how you feel about what I explained in my last letter about Neal.

I have already asked him if he would be interested, and he said yes, But, you know him, now he wants to move forward as quickly as possible. I last spoke to him last Friday before writing you. Now, he is anxious for me to send him an agreement (contract), and forward the info on the Banks etc... However, I do not wish to send him anything until you tell me you are okay with this.Please, I know you have no time, but try to send me a few words, so I can either move forward with him, or cancel everything.

Hi Babe:

How are you feeling? I should be taking care of you. Hope nothing hurts and is the car being fixed? Maybe its time for a new one!

Wanted to let you know, I spoke to Neal about taking over the mortgage company and he wants to run it. I should have made a large bet about what he would say. Anyway, he is willing to accept the terms I proposed to him, and providing health coverage for you is foremost. He has agreed, and I will be putting the terms in writing and sending them to him by Monday. I you think of anything I should include, please let me know as soon as possible. What I do intend to include is that if for any reason, your health coverage should cease, our agreement is voided, and I will regain full control of the company immediately. The one thing, I will leave open is for him to provide coverage either through the mortgage company, (which I believe he may not be able to do) or through his own business insurance company which covers his employees.

This may mean to you, that MDNY may change as your primary insurer. But he must provide you with equal or greater benefits if he uses any other company.

I will also be sending him an outline of the coverage you have now.

What do you think about this? Please I value what you think, because you have always been right, although you may say, 'I don't know anything about that', but you do, and you are right! And, don't think about me on this, I want to do what will be beneficial to you!!!

Babe, Please take care of yourself, and do whatever the Doctor tells you to do. How high is your count? Its unexplainable why you have a high number. You do, and eat everything right.

Babe, I’m afraid I must bring up the subject of the insurance again. However, I may have a solution for you. At the beginning, it may not sound good, but read on, and it may make sense. See, the State of New York is killing me with charges each month to maintain the Corporation open which is doing no business. To stop these charges, I must close the Corporation. And unfortunately, if I close it, our group insurance must also be closed. Here is my proposition, which I must explain, put, please keep an open mind, and let me know your feeling about it. It has to do with Neal. He has always wanted to have a mortgage company he can call his own, but could not, because it was my license. So, if I can make a deal with him, in that I will grant him the rights to the Corporation, along with the contacts for the Banks, under the stipulation that he must maintain the health coverage for you, either through the mortgage company or through his own current business policy he may have. Also, you must be happy and accept the Plan he may offer you. If you do not like it, and don’t want it, the deal is cancelled.

It is my estimation, you will not have to deal with him on an ongoing basis. Maybe just at the beginning to set up the paperwork, and by mail if possible. However, I will try to do it all for you from here, without getting you involved directly with him if at all possible. I know this may not be something you want, but it may resolve your situation, and Neal may just accept this deal in order to have control of the Corporation. If he doesn’t accept this offer, we must keep looking for other solutions.

I know you may have some questions, so I will try to guess them and answer some for you now. First, yes, I will still be responsible to the State of NY for all the paperwork, actions, and laws concerning each mortgage file that Neal does. Second, Neal will be responsible for any and all charges for audits, Surety Bonds, and all compliance to the Banking Dept.. Third, if he accepts this, and can cover you under a Health Plan, it will be worth anything to me to have you covered. I mean this!

Now for another topic: I have a question I would like for you to answer it for me. It’s very important to me to hear your answer, so please tell me. The question is this: When did you stop loving me? That’s it. But, I need to know this answer. I believe this to be true, so it won’t come as a shock to me. And, I need to know just when, in order for me to have some peace in my heart.

Please let me know what you think about this insurance idea or if you have any new ones of your own.

Hi, Thank you for the info. When my Dr. prescribed Lipitor, I went to the website and was able to get a free 30-day trial packet. Hopefully, I won't have to keep taking it. I'm sorry to hear about Luis and Julia...Take care of them. I'll email soon.

I'll write soon, Luis is back in the Hospital since Wednesday. He could not breathe, water in his lungs again. Maybe he will be out soon. And, Julie has diverticulitis (however you spell it), and is in constant pain on her side.

Hi Thanks so much for emailing me for my birthday...at midnight, of course! We all went out for dinner and I got lots of presents and flowers. It's MY DAY in case anyne didn't get the friggin' memo!!!! I haven't forgotten about sending you pictures, they'll be emailed shortly.

I had to repeat my cholesterol blood tests on my birthday no less (that's F@#k'd up). I received a call from the Dr. this morning. He said my cholesterol is higher than before and I have to start taking Lipitor to try and get it down. He said it must be in my family because I really don't have any symptoms that would cause my cholesterol to be so high. I have to ask Martha (Yikes) about it. Also, I work-out, don't smoke, not obese, so he thinks it may just be hereditary. Whatever, I'll take this stupid Lipitor for 2 months, then repeat the test. My dam cholesterol better be down or I'm gonna friggin kick ass. I feel old...Now I have 2 pills I have to take daily. This blows!

So anyway, I'll will email pictures as soon as I can. Actually, Michael has to do it since I don't know how. He also sends his regards.

I have to get back to work. Talk to you soon.
