Hi,
Oh boy...some thing never change!!!! In a way I'm glad it didn't work out because I would always be wondering when he would screw me over in some way with the insurance..and we both know it would definitely happen at some point. Anyway, as far as Floyd...you can do whatever you want with the mortgage co. if he's interested. I feel like I need to do something for myself at this point or just be without insurance. It's OK, I don't have any bad feeling toward you at all ...and never will. You've done more than you've had to for me. I would really feel a bit embarrassed to involve Floyd or even Brian in my problem. Thank you for everything. I'll be fine. Really don't know what else to say.

I'm not having a good couple of weeks, so this will be one more thing for me to handle. My oven had a small fire this weekend. Something shorted out in the oven coil and the a fire started in the oven part. Thankfully, Michael walked in the kitchen and saw it. He calmy came into my room and told me and got the fire extinguisher and put the fire out......there was absolutely no damage to the house at all because it was completely contained in the oven. Michael was so great in handling what could've been a chaotic situation.....Unfortunately, I was left feeling completely stressed out on top of everything else that's happened recently. I'm really sorry to vent to you, but I don't want the boys to know how on the edge I am. I went to PC Richards and got a new overn (same one, only white). They're delivering it on Wednesday...dam, now I have to cook again!!!

Anyway, how are you doing? I know I've monopolized the emails with my problems lately. How's luis and Julie doing? I hope the situation with your girls is improving too.Have to get back to work....talk to you soon.

Thank you so much for remembering my birthday. It was one of the best gifts possible to hear from you. The only thing better is being with you again, forever.

Got myself a present. I got a 10” digital picture frame. Why? Because, I now have your pictures flashing on every 6 seconds on a continuous loop. It’s on the table in front of the TV, so we can watch the TV together, or at least I can see you at the same time.

Glad to hear the other lady was 90% responsible for the accident. But, I didn’t know about the pain in your legs & back. Hope it’s not long term, you know how I feel about your legs, & that they should have been insured by Lloyds of London.

Be careful with the chiropractors. (Quacks)

Hi,

Thanks for the email from the Radisson....I still talk about those great vacations!! Michael loed them too...We were just talking about the good times at the Radisson....of course, they included massive amounts of Taco Bell!

Just wanted to wish you a Happy Birthday today. I hope you have a great day!! Enjoy some time with Luis & Julie, then have a nice lunch or dinner with them. I'll be thinking about you.

I'm doing much better. My bruises are all healed and I'm seeing a chiropractor for my legs and back pain. Thankfully, I'm covered for medical expenses through Allstate..Also, the accident was deemed 90% the other lady's fault and 10% mine, since I hit her and there were no witnesses. I'm not sure how many visits I'll have with the chiropractor, since I'm not convinced yet about how much he helps. I went for my first "adjustment" last week.....and needed twelve pain killers to be able to walk the next day!!!! We'll see how it works out.

I'll keep you updated. Also, my new stove arrived last week ...our poison ivy is gone and did I mention the dryer hose had a hole in it, and was venting into the house!!! Johnny changed the hose and now we're all keeping out fingers crossed for the coming week.....If I live through it....I'll go back to Dr. Frankenstein..for another "adjustment"....oh yeah..and Dukey found a new place to pee...and it's NOT outside!!!

Babe: I apologize for not getting to your email sooner, but I've haven't had a chance to log on. Julie is back in the hospital again for the same pain she had the last time. I cannot believe what happened to the stove! Im so glad Michael was there (as always to save the day). I will try to keep this letter short. As for Neal, I also feel as you do about him, but I was going to be very careful in getting everything in writing, and airtight in order to protect you. Personally, I do not care about what kind of deal I make for myself, my only concern in protecting you with the insurance that you NEED! There is no way you can go without any. And whatever happens between us, which I must come to grips with sooner or later, I will continue to try to find someway to give you what you need. I will try Floyd first, then Brian. No guarantees as to what they may say, but I'll try. If they don't work out, then we are on our own. And we will address this again. What I must thank you for, is your un-selfish way in which you stated that its okay if the coverage stops, and your feelings for me etc... This is you! Although, I must do something with this insurance issue soon, I would hate to see you without any coverage.

Does Pat have a private co. coverage for himself that could add you to his plan? Even if we paid him for it.

Babe: How are you feeling? How is your face? The itch? Did you get your car back yet? And, when are you going back to the Doctor? I do have a few more questions, but I will refrain from asking. (it's killing me)

Now, about Neal. The bastard!!!! Have I said it all? I sent him a copy of an agreement basically stating what we had discussed. Nothing new, nothing which would have upset him. A few days later, I receive an email from him, in which he encloses a copy of an email sent to him by what, I did not know to be, a person whom (and I still do not know who he is) he is working with for commercial mortgages (no license required for these). In that email, this guy makes reference to someone else who is willing to offer him a 10% fee, and no contingencies for any health coverage. And, he further stated to Neal, to negotiate the fee down, and no coverage. This got my blood boiling in a fraction of a second, and I shot him the best letter I have ever written!!! In it I told him off. I told him our initial agreement contained these two points. I also had said to him they were not negotiable. And, finally, that he and his new found guy, can take up the other offer because I was taking mine off the table, and was no longer desiring to have any dealing with them. To date, I have not heard from him, so I believe he got my message and my intent. I do not see doing anything with him in the future, unless its done legally, airtight, and in my favor. In other words, never.

Which brings us back to our situation. I will continue to pay the insurance as long as I can for you. While I find a policy to cover me in Florida.I do have a new thought. What do you think if I contact Floyd to see if he wants to take over the Company? Same deal I offered Neal. Or maybe how about contacting Brian Bart...however you spell it? I knew a long time ago he wanted to have his own mortgage company, but don't know if he ever did anything about it.

Im so sorry for taking up any of your time on my hairbrain idea. I read your message from your 'partner', and I have opted not to go forward with my offer to you.

As I had told you, and I know you, one of the things I was not going to accept were 'negotiations', much less about the coverage for "the Philipa"! In addition, I was not aware you were including this gentleman as your partner. I certainly do not need any additional partners to have ANY controling interest in my company.

I trully wish you a lot of luck with your dealings with this man with his multiple State licenses. I will retain the NY open, and work through my Florida license.

Thanks for wanting to run the mortgage company as part of your Insurance business.
As we discussed there are two things which we must both agree for this to work out. The first is that you will be paying me 17% of net income. The other is you will furnish Philipa with health insurance for as long as she needs to have it provided. The coverage must be equal or greater to the covered services which she currently has under MDNY.
You may decide whether it is best for you to have her continue with the current coverage (MDNY) if applicable, or if it may be more beneficial for you to have her covered under any plan you may have for your business.
And, I will remain active in order to help you in dealing with the New York State Banking Department.

I will becontacting the Banking Department in order to change the address of the company to your address in Islip, and also to change the name from PG Mortgage back to the original name of Island Mortgage Consultants Inc. What do you think?

Now, with that out of the way, I have to get to you the information on the Banks I use, and for what programs they are good for. And contacts on each the Banks, so you can meet with them. The checking account info, unless youwant to open a new one. The underwiting program to use acceptable to the Banks. I will change all the passwords and add you to the authorized user list. Also, I will be sending you copies of the necessary paperwork for the log book which you will have to adhere to in order to comply with the Banking Department.

If there is anything else you can think you will need, please let me know. And as for the insurance coverage for Philipa, let me know what else you will require from her to get this moving. She has coverage through September,into October.

Hi,

Sorry about not emailing....I read your email and proposal to Neal. My only concern is that knowing how he is......maybe you should speak to Ken Henry and run the details by him. Explain what you want and let him guide you. He may have wording that would ensure Neal can't "get what he wants", then negate the agreement somehow. I know I'm sounding very untrusting about him, however, I think past history speaks for itself. Thank you again for continuing to take care of me. I also think Neal should put in writing as well what direction he plans to take as far as my converage. He may give me some "fly-by-night deal and say....this is what you're getting ..take it or leave it. I really have so little knowledge about insurance so I'm having a difficult time anticipating what to say.

I just re-read your email to me. I think you did a great job covering everything. I'm sorry I didn't read it before I began this email. Your letter to him seems to cover all bases.....but you know him!!!! On a different note: I'm getting better each day. The small burns to my face are clearing up, and the bruises on my knees and legs are healing well. I'm actually going to try and go to the gym today and see how I feel on the eliptical machine. Maybe I can do at least 5 minutes, instead of my usual 35....Also, my poison ivy is almost gone..thankfully the itching is finally subsiding. I had a baaad 2 weeks....I'm positive next week will be terrific.....Thanks again for everything.

I do understand you have a lot of things going on with the accident, the car, doctors, your job, etc..., but since I cannot call you, I need for you to write me, even a small letter, telling me how you feel about what I explained in my last letter about Neal.I have already asked him if he would be interested, and he said yes, But, you know him, now he wants to move forward as quickly as possible. I last spoke to him last Friday before writing you. Now, he is anxious for me to send him an agreement (contract), and forward the info on the Banks etc... However, I do not wish to send him anything until you tell me you are okay with this.Please, I know you have no time, but try to send me a few words, so I can either move forward with him, or cancel everything.Thanks Me
